Hu Houkun, Huawei's rotating chairman, said that after more than a year of operation, Huawei's coal mining corps has seen some effects in the field of coal mine intelligence. It is understood that the Kuanghong operating system jointly innovated by the National Energy Group and Huawei has deployed more than 3300 sets of equipment in 13 coal mines and a coal washing plant in Shendong, among which the Wulanmulun Mine has achieved the deployment of the whole mine. In the field of coal mine, when the coal mine is undergoing digital and intelligent transformation, the first problem encountered is that the equipment is difficult to interconnect, and the data cannot be taken out and flows. To solve this problem, first of all, we should find the most suitable network technology. Huawei brings 5G, F5G all-optical connection and IPv6+technology from the ground to the underground. The low latency, high reliability and other characteristics of these technologies can meet the requirements of multiple scenarios such as video retrieval, remote control and so on. There are many kinds of downhole equipment, and the standards are not uniform, so they cannot be connected. In order to meet this challenge, in September last year, Huawei Coal Mining Corps and National Energy Group jointly developed the "Kuanghong Operating System" based on Hongmeng, which is the first IoT operating system in the mining field. Kuanghong is a new generation of industrial Internet of Things operating system for mining equipment, which provides a unified language for the intelligence, interconnection and collaboration of different equipment. A set of systems covers large and small equipment, realizing human-computer interconnection and machine to machine interconnection. In addition, the 5G+artificial intelligence video splicing technology is used to realize remote control, so that coal miners can walk from the underground to the underground and realize remote coal mining in the office, greatly improving the working environment, and at the same time, improving the safety production level of the entire coal mine. 5G real-time returns the high-definition scene of the main conveyor belt, and the artificial intelligence algorithm accurately identifies the large coal, anchor bolt and other abnormalities on the conveyor belt, which has changed from manual time division patrol to intelligent full time monitoring, ensuring the normal operation of the main conveyor belt, and reducing the number of downhole patrol personnel by 20%.
