At the end of September, the radar sergeant school of the Air Force Early Warning Academy held a completion assessment for the training of pre selected sergeants of a new major. On the official examination table, Yang Yabo, the monitor of the operation class of a radar brigade and the second class staff sergeant, combined with his major, asked the students questions. Chang Chunhe, the director of the teaching and research department in charge of this training task, introduced that they invited backbone members from grass-roots units to participate in teaching, training and examination, aiming to improve the ability of trainees to take posts in accordance with the front-line needs of the army. In practice, the school adheres to the teaching principle of "benchmarking the army standards and strengthening combat skills", makes careful planning on the basis of in-depth research, and actively explores the new mode of "troops - colleges - research and development units" tripartite joint education. Before the training, they invited relevant professionals from the front-line forces to review the implementation plan and curriculum teaching plan, solicited opinions around the compilation and review of teaching materials, organized teachers to go to the front-line for research and practical operation, and cooperated with the research and development unit to build a teaching and training platform close to the actual combat. On this basis, they specially invited the technical backbone and business experts of the army to the school to carry out joint education and training and participate in the relevant links of teaching practice. According to the requirements of the army posts, they arranged the business experts to act as the assessment examiner. Taking the military practice as the basic case, they randomly set questions based on the students' professional learning, and guided the students to think about solutions in combination with practical topics. At the assessment site, Xia Tianyou was calm and calm, and combined with the air situation analysis given by the examiner; The examiner comprehensively evaluates his on-site operation performance and gives a score.
