The Fourth National Assessment Report on Climate Change, jointly prepared by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Meteorological Administration, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and other departments, was recently published by the Science Press. The report, which took four years to prepare, was jointly prepared by nearly 100 organizations and more than 700 experts. It comprehensively and systematically assessed the relevant scientific, technical, economic and social research achievements in China's climate change response field, and accurately and objectively reflected the latest progress in China's climate change research since 2015.
