Private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are important channels for college graduates to obtain employment. In May 2022, the general office of the State Council issued the notice on further improving the employment and entrepreneurship work of college graduates and other young people. The Ministry of education instructed the provincial education departments to make good use of the coordination mechanism of the education work leading group, and took the initiative to work with local relevant departments to implement the detailed policies. Take Ningxia and Hainan as examples. For small and medium-sized enterprises that recruit college graduates in Ningxia, the relevant taxes and fees will be deducted according to the number of college graduates and 7800 yuan per person per year within three years. For small and medium-sized enterprises that recruit a certain proportion of college graduates, they are allowed to apply for entrepreneurial guarantee loans of no more than 3 million yuan. Hainan gives a one-time employment subsidy of 2000 yuan to small and micro enterprises that recruit college graduates and meet the relevant conditions. Focusing on the development of post resources, the Ministry of Education organized and implemented the special action of "College secretaries and presidents visiting enterprises to expand their posts and promote employment", so as to tap more post resources for graduates. As of July 26, 2.392 million jobs had been created for graduates. The Ministry of education, together with the Ministry of industry and information technology, launched the "100 day recruitment for small and medium-sized enterprises" activity, which attracted 2036 enterprises and released 107000 recruitment posts. In view of the practical problems of asymmetric information and unimpeded channels between recruitment units and job seekers, the Ministry of education has urged local education departments and universities to give full play to the role of the main channel of campus recruitment, innovate the supply and demand docking mode, promote the accurate docking between small, medium and micro enterprises and universities, and open the "last kilometer" of job recruitment. The "Internet + employment guidance" public welfare live broadcast class was held, with more than 120 million viewers. We will implement the relevant policies and requirements of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, launch and implement the action of "ten thousand enterprises entering the campus", and colleges and universities around the country will take the initiative to create conditions and invite enterprises to hold offline job fairs. During this year's Employment Promotion Week, Yunnan Department of Education organized a special offline job fair for private enterprises, which provided more than 25000 jobs. Taking advantage of the online platform to promote employment, this year the Ministry of education upgraded and launched the "national college student employment service platform". As of July 24, the platform has collected 12.08 million job resources. The project of "matching supply and demand, employment and education" was launched, and private enterprises were mobilized to participate widely. This year, the first batch of 6381 projects declared by 291 employers and 1271 colleges and universities have been completed.
