Medical institutions should ensure the basic needs of the masses for medical treatment, and medical institutions should not prevaricate or refuse patients with acute and critical diseases. We should continue to implement measures to facilitate and benefit the people, such as centralized procurement of drugs and high-value medical consumables, and direct settlement of medical treatment in different places and across provinces, so as to reduce the burden of medical treatment. We will work together to promote the reform of medical service prices, medical insurance payments, personnel compensation, performance appraisal and other reforms, and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
