In terms of the stable trend of intellectual property creation, in the first half of the year, affected by the epidemic and other factors, domestic intellectual property applications for patents, trademarks, integrated circuit layout design and other intellectual property applications showed a downward trend first and then an upward trend, which was generally stable. In terms of strong innovation vitality of domestic enterprises, by the end of June 2022, there were 325000 domestic enterprises with valid invention patents, an increase of 20.3% year-on-year; The number of effective invention patents owned was 2.017 million, with a year-on-year increase of 22.0%, 4.5 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate. Among them, there are 155000 high-tech enterprises and "little giant" enterprises specialized in special and new products, with 1.334 million effective invention patents, an increase of 23.4% year-on-year. The number of domestic enterprises accounting for 47.8% has generated 63.3% of the effective invention patents of domestic enterprises, maintaining strong innovation vitality. In terms of strengthening patent reserves in emerging technology fields, as of the end of June 2022, the top three technology fields in the number of domestic effective invention patents in China are computer technology, measurement and digital communication, accounting for 9.4%, 7.6% and 6.8% of the total respectively; The top three growth rates were information technology management methods, computer technology and medical technology, with year-on-year growth of 78.5%, 32.3% and 27.1% respectively.
