A survey of 2072 respondents after 00 shows that the first batch of Post-00 graduates this year mainly consider salary (73.5%) and industry prospects (61.1%), 92.7% of respondents are interested in new careers, and 37.4% of respondents are very interested in new careers. This trend, on the one hand, reflects that in the current process of China's economic development, the employment choice space brought by industrial diversification has been greatly expanded. On the other hand, it also confirms the characteristics of the Post-00 era that it is more bold, open, inclusive and pursues new things. There is no doubt that society needs to build a more free, loose and fair workplace environment for the young generation, and young people entering the workplace also need to constantly deepen their understanding of their new identity, so that their personal ideals can be more smoothly connected with social reality. For example, most of the 18 new occupations recently announced by the Ministry of human resources and social security are professional jobs brought by new business forms. Robot engineers and technicians, additive manufacturing engineers and technicians, data security engineers and technicians, etc., conform to the rapid development of digital economy and digital technology; Carbon sequestration measurement evaluator, comprehensive energy waiter, and building energy conservation and emission reduction consultant are emerging "green" positions focusing on the "double carbon" strategy; Home stay housekeepers, urban rail transit maintenance workers, and home education instructors are new occupations born to meet the increasingly rich social needs. These emerging occupations are more dependent on the skills and qualities of practitioners, as well as their necessary ability to rapidly improve themselves over time. These characteristics will undoubtedly greatly meet the Post-00 demands for high value, high return, personal value and influential jobs. Opportunities only belong to those who are prepared. For the young generation, economic and social development still needs to rely on young people who are willing, capable and potential to fight hard in the market, entrepreneurship and innovation. With the rapid development of the new economy and the continuous birth of new occupations, young people and their new ideas, new knowledge and new technologies are still the key to the vitality and transformation and upgrading of the economy and society.
