At the beginning of this year, the heads of state of the six countries jointly announced the creation of a China Central Asia community of shared future, pointing out the direction for the cooperation among the six countries and leading China's relations with the five Central Asian countries into a new era. Wangyi said that at present, changes in the past century, the epidemic in the 21st century and the crisis in Ukraine continue to impact the international political, economic and security systems, and the world has entered a new period of turbulence and change. In the face of a world intertwined with chaos and change, what kind of Central Asia to build and how to promote relations between China and Central Asian countries are major issues that we must solve well. Wangyi expressed that China and Central Asia are interdependent and share weal and woe, and have become a community of shared destiny moving forward side by side. No matter how the international situation changes, China will always firmly support the Central Asian countries to safeguard their sovereignty and independence, take a development path in line with their national conditions, and build an independent central Asia; Firmly support Central Asian countries to maintain political security and social stability and build a peaceful Central Asia; Firmly support the Central Asian countries in accelerating economic development, improving people's well-being and building a prosperous central Asia; We will firmly support Central Asian countries in building a cooperative Central Asia through joint self-improvement, mutual benefit and win-win results. China is willing to uphold the principles of mutual respect, good neighborly friendship, solidarity, mutual benefit and win-win results, strengthen unity and cooperation with Central Asian countries, and work together to build a closer China Central Asia community of common destiny. Wangyi put forward five suggestions: First, improve the four beams and eight pillars of cooperation among the six countries. The establishment of the "China + five Central Asian countries" summit mechanism is of great strategic significance. Careful preparations should be made to give full play to the leading role of heads of state diplomacy. Actively carry out exchanges and dialogues in various fields. Second, build a strong engine for post epidemic recovery. Jointly build the "the Belt and Road" with high quality and accelerate the docking of development strategies. Actively promote the natural gas pipeline project, ensure the safe operation of the "China Europe train" and other major arteries, accelerate the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway project, and support the construction of trans Caspian transport corridor. Expand cooperation in emerging fields and jointly build the "digital silk road" and "green silk road". Explore new models of modern agricultural cooperation and safeguard the agricultural security of the six countries. Explore ways to promote financial cooperation and further expand the scale of local currency settlement. Third, build a solid fortress for regional peace. We will comprehensively safeguard security in traditional and non-traditional areas, deepen security cooperation in jointly building the "the Belt and Road", and work together to combat the "three evil forces", drug trafficking and transnational organized crime. We will continue to unite to fight the epidemic and jointly build multiple lines of defense against the epidemic. Strengthen cooperation in work safety and disaster management, and improve emergency management capacity and level. We will continue to make good use of such mechanisms as the foreign ministers' meeting of Afghanistan's neighboring countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Afghanistan contact group. Fourth, open up multiple paths for people to people and cultural exchanges. Promote the establishment of mutual cultural centers and carry forward the positive energy of friendship from generation to generation. Implement the plan of "one country, one workshop" and cultivate high-quality skilled talents. We will strengthen cooperation in poverty reduction and share experiences in poverty reduction and poverty alleviation. Strengthen cooperation in response to climate change, biodiversity protection, environmental protection technology and other fields, and jointly build a beautiful home of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. All parties spoke highly of the "China + five Central Asian countries" cooperation mechanism, saying that China is a good neighbor, good partner and the largest trade and investment partner of the five Central Asian countries. The two sides have strong mutual trust and fruitful cooperation. Thank China for providing strong support for infrastructure construction, people's livelihood improvement and connectivity in Central Asian countries, and for taking the lead in helping Central Asian countries fight the epidemic. Central Asian countries have a solid foundation and broad prospects for their relations with China. Their determination to deepen traditional friendship, consolidate strategic cooperation and expand mutually beneficial cooperation has never changed. They are willing to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of the six countries, tap the potential of the "China + five Central Asian countries" cooperation mechanism, and build a peaceful, friendly, mutual aid and Harmonious Central Asia. Central Asian countries fully support the high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the building of a green and digital silk road. They look forward to learning from China's successful development experience, helping Central Asian countries explore the path of poverty reduction and development, and achieve innovation and sustainable development. All parties expressed that in the face of new challenges brought about by the current volatile international situation, they are willing to work closely with both sides and multilateral cooperation to safeguard sovereignty, security and national values, safeguard the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, jointly combat the "three forces", ensure food security, and maintain peace and stable development in the region and Asia. All parties spoke highly of China's constructive role in preventing the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and will work together to promote peace and reconstruction in Afghanistan. All parties agreed to establish a "China + five Central Asian countries" summit mechanism, and adopted four outcome documents: the joint statement on the "China + five Central Asian countries" foreign ministers' meeting, the road map for implementing the consensus of the video summit between China and the five Central Asian countries, the initiative on deepening the "China + five Central Asian countries" connectivity cooperation, and the "China + five Central Asian countries" data security cooperation initiative.
