It is reported that 914 exhibits were selected from the more than 1.86 million collections of the Palace Museum, including 166 first-class cultural relics, belonging to the "national treasure" level, accounting for 18% of the total number of borrowed exhibits. Most of the cultural relics are exhibited in Hong Kong for the first time. One of the opening exhibitions of the Cultural Museum of the Forbidden City of Hong Kong - "national treasures: calligraphy and painting of the Jin, Tang, song and Yuan Dynasties collected by the Palace Museum" brings together 35 classic paintings and calligraphy works dating back to the Tang and Song dynasties. It is the largest outbound exhibition of ancient calligraphy and painting treasures collected by the Palace Museum in the past 15 years.
