The activities were carried out in creative forms such as interesting law popularization and simulated arbitration tribunal. On the same day, in order to enhance the understanding of Macao enterprises and residents on the laws and regulations on labor employment between Macao and the mainland and deepen the cooperation on labor rights and interests protection between Qin and Macao, the activity set up links such as the analysis of labor security legal differences between Guangdong and Macao and the sharing of relevant cases, the sharing of entrepreneurial experience of Macao entrepreneurs' representatives, and the simulated labor arbitration trial. Huang Jingxi, President of the Macao Association for legal exchange, and Wu Yinxi, mainland labor arbitrator, put forward new ideas on labor rights protection cooperation, resource exchange and information sharing between Guangdong and Macao on the basis of in-depth explanation of labor employment laws and regulations between Guangdong and Macao and analysis of the similarities and differences of laws and procedures between the two places. In the simulated arbitration session of the labor arbitration tribunal, arbitrators from Macao and the mainland, Macao residents and representatives of Macao funded enterprises had a deep understanding of the process and links of the labor arbitration trial through zero distance contact with the trial site.
