The top priority is to increase vaccine assistance and supply so that no country will fall behind and no one will be forgotten. Second, strengthen the construction of public health system in developing countries. The international community should focus on the long term and vigorously help developing countries strengthen the construction of public health system. We should not only expand the coverage of medical services and improve public infrastructure such as transportation and electricity, but also cultivate more medical talents and medical personnel, and increase the popularization of public health knowledge. Third, inject new impetus into post epidemic recovery and economic and social development. One disaster after another is that COVID-19 has caused economic growth to slow down or even decline in many countries. The recent global turmoil has brought about many difficulties for China's developing countries. The international community should attach great importance to this and take solid and effective measures to deal with the current crisis and explore long-term strategies to inject new hope into the world. Fourth, practice genuine multilateralism. COVID-19 has caused about 6000000 people to lose their precious lives. The lesson is profound and worth pondering. The most precious thing in the world is human life, and people-centered is the most important guiding ideology in dealing with the epidemic. At the global level, solidarity and cooperation are the most powerful weapon to overcome the epidemic and to meet other global challenges. Under the new situation, we must strengthen the awareness of a community with a shared future for mankind and jointly build a better world. Zhang Jun said that individual countries cling to the Cold War mentality, draw lines with ideology, create new group confrontation, constantly introduce borderless unilateral sanctions, weaponize economic interdependence, and force countries to choose sides and teams, leading to the division of the international community and bringing great uncertainty and risks to the world. These irresponsible acts harm others as well as themselves and must be resolutely resisted. Today's world needs genuine multilateralism all the more.
