"One household connection" upgrades Macao's e-government development to a new level

"Macao public service one household link" (hereinafter referred to as "one household link") launched a fully upgraded version 2.0 on the 11th. This is the result of Macao's Cross sectoral and multi sectoral cooperation, which marks a new level of e-government development in the Special Administrative Region. At the same time, it also helps to promote the construction of Macao's smart city. Gao Bingkun, director of the administrative public service bureau of the SAR government, said in his speech at the new version press conference held on the same day that "one household link" is positioned as user-oriented and provides more convenient and high-frequency services to the public. With the continuous progress of relevant work, citizens' willingness to use "one household link" has been continuously improved, which has been recognized and affirmed by all sectors of society for the development of E-government of the SAR government. It is reported that the new version of "yihutong" takes "user-oriented, optimized experience and convenient service" as the core, innovates in the technical level, data management and service presentation, and strengthens the operation of cloud computing center to ensure the stability of system operation. The new version is built around four parts, including "my service", "my information", "my application" and "I want to communicate". The overall emphasis on personalization is to meet user needs and optimize user experience, and create a unified service platform that is intimate, easy to use, convenient and beneficial to the people. The Macao SAR government launched "one account" in 2019. Macao residents and entities can open "one account" to use various electronic services provided by the SAR Government on the unified website platform or mobile applications. At present, more than 330000 people have opened "yihutong" accounts, and the number of electronic services provided by "yihutong" has steadily increased to 127. (Xinhua News Agency)
