Truck drivers are at a loss, and logistics enterprises have difficulties. "I feel that most of China can't send express. It is difficult for drivers, logistics, purchase and delivery. At present, many express companies are out of service in more than a dozen regions across the country, and are updating every day. For the areas affected by the epidemic, even if the goods can reach the destination, how to go out and count the goods, load, unload and carry them is also a big test. Under the fierce impact of the epidemic, many logistics express enterprises have launched different assistance measures. Zhongtong finance added 500 million yuan of interest discount special loan for the epidemic, helping to alleviate the financial pressure on outlets. Yuantong headquarters established an anti epidemic fund with a total amount of 300 million yuan to provide interest free loan support for branches affected by the epidemic. China Post said that 56 inter provincial lines have been added to the whole network and 168 inter provincial lines have been dynamically adjusted to avoid the impact of the epidemic on postal routes by bypassing and driving directly. While logistics enterprises actively help themselves, many places have called on the government to introduce policy assistance measures. One of the most representative voices is whether the transportation of key materials under the epidemic can be guaranteed, and the overweight at all levels and "one size fits all" can be eliminated? In fact, this is originally the policy requirement of precise prevention and control. Recently, the comprehensive group of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council issued the "emergency notice on coordinating the prevention and control of road freight epidemic and the transportation support of key materials", which clearly requires the scientific and standardized establishment of highway epidemic prevention and detection points, classification and accurate implementation of truck traffic control. Recently, the epidemic situation in Shanghai has affected the hearts of the people all over the country. How to ensure the material supply of Shanghai citizens has attracted much attention. In this context, those truck drivers who are blocked on the road and even talk about the color change of "Shanghai" are very heavy - the experience of truck drivers is sympathizing, while the material supply in Shanghai is worrying. By extension, every city affected by the epidemic is the area most in urgent need of external assistance, and the difficult cargo distribution journey will inevitably amplify the adverse impact of the epidemic. Under the epidemic, truck drivers are also "rebels". They shoulder the livelihood of their families and the important task of ensuring production and living materials. Caring for truck drivers should not only send warmth when they are sealed and detained, but also adhere to the principle of accurate prevention and control, adopt corresponding management according to the risk level, eliminate "one size fits all" to the greatest extent and reduce unnecessary sealing and detention.
