The leaders of the older generation of China and Canada broke through resistance and made a decision to establish diplomatic relations. There are many good stories and traditions in China Canada exchanges, which are worth cherishing and carrying forward. It is hoped that Canada will work with China to eliminate external interference, overcome difficulties and achieve healthy, stable and sustainable development of bilateral relations. Jolly said that Canada was one of the first countries to recognize the people's Republic of China, and Canada China relations have a solid foundation. Canada respects China's sovereignty, system and the independent choices made by the Chinese people, and positively evaluates China's great achievements in development, especially poverty eradication. This period of Canada China relations is in a difficult stage. Canada is willing to be frank with China and respect each other. In the spirit of looking forward, Canada China relations will gradually return to the right track and build a more resilient bilateral relationship. Canada appreciates China's important contribution to the global fight against the epidemic and is willing to strengthen cooperation with China on climate change, environmental protection and the fight against the epidemic.
