State Councilor and foreign minister Wang Yi presided over the third foreign ministers' meeting of Afghanistan's neighboring countries in Tunxi, Anhui Province on the 31st. Wang Yi said that in the face of Afghanistan at the crossroads of history, we have timely established a coordination and cooperation mechanism among Afghanistan's neighbors and determined the political consensus on cooperation to deal with the changes in the situation in Afghanistan, which fully embodies the spirit of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual help. Wang Yi put forward three suggestions. One belt, one road initiative and the regional cooperation organization, to integrate Afghanistan into regional interconnection, energy transport network and economic and trade system, to help Afghanistan play its geopolitical and economic development potential. 3、 Counter terrorism security Noting the assurances and commitments made by the Afghan side to the international community that Afghan territory will not be used to threaten the security of neighbouring countries and that no terrorist organization can have a foothold in Afghan territory. It emphasizes that the activities of terrorist organizations remain one of the key factors affecting the stability of the situation in Afghanistan, condemns all forms of violence and terrorist attacks, and reaffirms that terrorist organizations such as the Islamic state, Al Qaida, the East Islamic movement, the Pakistani Taliban, the Balochistan Liberation Army, the Allah army, the justice army, ansarula and the Islamic movement cannot have any living space in the territory of Afghanistan. It reiterated its willingness to further work together to crack down on cross-border drug crimes and protect people's lives, health and social stability. 4、 Refugee field Expresses concern about the situation of Afghan refugees and internally displaced people in Afghanistan, and supports the active role of United Nations agencies in these areas.
