After understanding the situation, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital responded immediately, and Long Xiang, chief physician of respiratory and critical care medicine department, conducted remote video diagnosis and treatment for the infected. "The infected employees go to the camera in turn to talk about their symptoms, such as fever and discomfort, and carefully observe their mental state through the video." Dr. Long Xiang recalled that they were asked one by one to judge that their condition was controllable and there were no severe patients. In addition, these employees were relatively young and recovered quickly. In order to alleviate the psychological pressure of patients, Long Xiang spent a lot of time analyzing their condition in detail to these 10 Chinese employees, providing treatment suggestions, conducting relevant medical science popularization, and specially soothing several anxious employees.
