It is not allowed to abuse the algorithm to draw portraits for minor users and push information that may affect their physical and mental health to minor users. The draft for comments clearly states that the pop-up push advertising information must be subject to content compliance review and shall not violate relevant national laws and regulations; It shall be identifiable, marked with "advertisement" and clearly indicate the user; Make sure the pop-up advertisement is closed with one button. Third party links, QR codes and other information of malicious drainage and jump shall not be presented in the form of pop-up information push; It is not allowed to induce users to click through the pop-up information push service, and implement traffic fraud and traffic hijacking. The draft also requires that Internet pop-up information push service providers should implement the main responsibility of information content security management, and establish and improve management systems such as information content audit, ecological governance, network security, data security, personal information protection and minors protection; At the same time, consciously accept social supervision, set up a convenient complaint reporting entrance, and timely deal with public complaints about pop-up information push service.
