A new batch of coronavirus vaccines and syringes with Chinese assistance arrived in Zanzibar, Tanzania on the 28th. The Minister of education and vocational training of Zanzibar government, Ximai Mohamed, and other local officials and Zhang Zhisheng, Chinese Consul General in Zanzibar, went to the airport to meet him. In his speech on the same day, Ximai Mohammed, on behalf of the Zanzibar government, sincerely thanked the Chinese government for its generous assistance to the vaccine again. He said that so far, most of the vaccine assistance received by the mulberry side from the international community has been donated by China. I am glad to witness the timely arrival of a new batch of vaccines assisted by China, which will give more people the opportunity to be vaccinated. At the handover ceremony, Zhang Zhisheng said that the traditional friendship between China and Zanzibar, Tanzania has a long history, and the people of both sides have always supported each other and sought common development.
