At present, 408 stations and 6 railway stations of 28 lines in the whole subway network of the city have completed the configuration task of automatic external defibrillator, and the school automatic external defibrillator has achieved full coverage as planned. According to the plan, by the end of 2023, the city's airports, railway stations, urban rail transit stations, transportation hubs, long-distance passenger stations, parks, scenic spots, stadiums and gymnasiums, large supermarkets, cinemas and theatres, and key public places of schools will realize full coverage of AED and other first-aid facilities and equipment, and encourage other public places, large communities, party and government organs Enterprises and institutions shall reasonably allocate AED and other first-aid facilities and equipment according to the actual situation, and the total allocation of AED and other first-aid facilities and equipment in the whole city shall not be less than 5000, and initially form a configuration, use and management system of AED and other first-aid facilities and equipment covering key public places in the whole city; The city has established a unified and standardized social first aid training system and formed a long-term mechanism. The first aid knowledge popularization rate of employees in key public places is not less than 80%, and the proportion of obtaining first aid training certificates is not less than 40%. The plan defines the basic principles of social first aid capacity-building in key public places in the city: government promotion and social participation; Industry supervisor and unit principal; Department linkage and collaborative guarantee; Overall planning and step-by-step implementation. The plan also puts forward eight key tasks, such as promoting the allocation of AED and other first aid facilities and equipment in key public places, strengthening the information management of social first aid, and establishing a professional guidance team for social first aid. This year, the municipal government will "achieve full coverage of automatic external defibrillators in subway stations, railway stations and schools, do a good job in first aid skills training, and improve citizens' self-help and mutual rescue ability" as one of the important practical projects for people's livelihood. Up to now, all 28 lines, 408 stations and 6 railway stations in the whole subway network have completed the task of configuring automatic external defibrillators; The school's automatic external defibrillator has achieved full coverage as planned. At the same time, the Municipal Health Commission has actively promoted social first aid training, focused on strengthening the first aid skills training of personnel in key public places, carried out offline public first aid training for 121000 person times, and the subway station has realized that at least 3 of the 8 people in each team have obtained evidence; Online first aid training courses covered 3.96 million people. Next, the Municipal Health Commission will adhere to the first good standard, benchmark the international and domestic advanced level, and scientifically plan the allocation scope, management mode and first aid knowledge and skills training of AED and other first aid facilities and equipment in public places.
