At the opening ceremony, the governments of Jiangsu and Macao signed the framework agreement on cooperation in key areas between Jiangsu and Macao during the 14th Five Year Plan period. According to the agreement, during the 14th Five Year Plan period, the Soviet Union and Australia will cooperate in more than ten fields, such as high-level exchanges, scientific and technological innovation, economy and trade, modern service industry, education, traditional Chinese medicine research and development, medical and health care, exhibition, youth exchanges and so on. The tripartite exchanges have been unprecedentedly active, and the trade volume of the three places has increased year by year. Jiangsu is willing to take this event as an opportunity to actively expand all-round cooperation with Macao in various fields, form a good pattern of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly create a bright future for the integrated development of Jiangsu and Macao in the new era. As a series of activities of Macao Jiangsu week, the opening ceremony of 2021 Macao International Cultural Industry Expo, Lianyungang promotion conference and the 11th Jiangsu Hong Kong Macao Youth Development Forum were also held on the same day.
