Novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention guidelines have been released recently by China CDC official micro signal. The guide has recommended that non-contact delivery and courier delivery should be adopted. In medium and high-risk areas, takeout distribution and express delivery practitioners shall, with the consent of customers, try to adopt contactless distribution to reduce personnel contact. The guide provides health protection guidance for takeout distribution and express employees from four aspects: pre job protection preparation, personal protection in business distribution and distribution, health protection of living environment and emergency response measures. In terms of pre job protection preparation, it is proposed in the guide that takeout distribution and express delivery practitioners should timely understand the epidemic risk level of takeout distribution or the area responsible for sending and receiving express. Check the quantity and quality of work clothes, masks, gloves, hand disinfectants and other personal protective articles before taking the post, and measure the body temperature. In case of abnormal body temperature, report to the unit and seek medical treatment in time. In terms of business distribution and distribution, the guide proposes to clean and disinfect takeout and express delivery tools. The distribution box of catering takeout shall be kept clean and disinfected to avoid scattering of meals, and the frequency of cleaning and disinfection shall be increased. In the process of catering takeout distribution, it is advocated to separate directly imported food and non directly imported food, food requiring low-temperature preservation and hot food with clean containers or independent packaging. In the process of express shipment, fresh and other express shall be placed separately as far as possible. In the process of signing for takeout or express delivery with customers, wear masks and gloves to reduce direct contact, and maintain a social distance of at least 1m during conversation. After delivery or sending and receiving express in special places such as medical and health institutions, hand hygiene shall be done in time. In addition, when employees of takeout distribution and express delivery have suspected symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea at work, they must actively report to the unit and seek medical treatment in time. Try to avoid taking public transport such as bus and subway. Wear masks on the way to and in the hospital. After contacting with novel coronavirus pneumonia suspected cases or confirmed cases, the takeaway delivery and express staff should report the unit in good time and cooperate closely with the close contacts to track and investigate the epidemiology.
