In the traditional pulp production process, pulp bleaching usually reacts with acid through sodium hypochlorite, and the bleaching process takes one and a half to two hours, which is usually called "chlorine bleaching". After years of tackling key problems, Ji Xingxiang's team finally solved this problem: "chlorine bleaching contains certain toxicity, so the production process has potential harm to the surrounding environment, and the bleaching time is long, which will also have an adverse impact on the quality of pulp." Ji Xingxiang said: "in our technology, bleaching with ozone through oxidation is not only non-toxic, but also instant bleaching, basically realizing 'zero pollution'." In the production of pulp, the fiber in wood is the final component of pulp, and the separated lignin is the main material to blacken the wastewater. In Ji Xingxiang's opinion, "we have separated the lignin in the black liquor, so that the waste liquid generated in pulp production becomes clear. The separated lignin can be used as adhesive for wood processing, pigment dispersant and water reducer for cement, which not only solves the problem of wastewater treatment, widens the industrial chain of pulp and paper, but also produces new economic benefits." Since 2015, the scientific research achievements of Ji Xingxiang's team began to go out of the laboratory and fell to the ground in Chenming paper industry. "In fact, there are still many problems to be solved when entering the production line from the laboratory. The whole technical system will not be gradually improved until 2017." Ji Xingxiang said that now this production line has become the production line with the highest technical content of the enterprise. Sea cucumber is delicious. How is it delicious? How to eat well? Literally, the project of "analysis of sea cucumber functional components and key technologies and applications of intensive processing" seems to be more "people's livelihood", but its R & D process is not simple. Some sea cucumber sulfate polysaccharides protect the stomach, some are anticoagulant, and some sea cucumber eat "hot throat", which is actually caused by sea cucumber saponins, which has certain anti-tumor and hemolytic effects. "Through the deep combination of industry, University and research, the basic research of the whole team has actually played a great role in promoting the development of sea cucumber industry." Liu Changheng told reporters, "now instant sea cucumber is very popular, but the technology of instant sea cucumber basically comes from our team, because as early as 2003, we developed the first instant sea cucumber in China." How to eat sea cucumber? There is a scientific stress in it. Liu Changheng said: "the more you know about sea cucumber, the better you can eat it. The research found that some people are difficult to absorb the large protein molecules of sea cucumber. We developed biological enzymatic hydrolysis technology to convert the large molecules into small molecules for easy absorption." Sea cucumber oral liquid, sea cucumber capsule, sea cucumber buccal tablet and sea cucumber granule... Based on the analysis of sea cucumber components and intensive processing technology of this scientific research team, the industry university research cooperative enterprise has developed and issued a series of sea cucumber deep-processing products, which are favored by the majority of consumers.
