The entire flight takes about 53 days, consisting of 11 flight stages. What is the purpose of Chang'e-6's lunar "business trip"

On May 3rd, the Chang'e-6 probe was launched from Station 1 at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan by the Long March 5 Yao-8 carrier rocket. According to Wang Qiong, the deputy chief designer of the Chang'e-6 mission, the entire flight process of the mission is about 53 days, consisting of 11 flight stages: launch into orbit, ground to moon transfer, near moon braking, lunar flight, landing descent, lunar work, lunar ascent, rendezvous and docking and sample transfer, lunar waiting, lunar to ground transfer, and re-entry recovery. Wang Qiong introduced the main flight process of the mission. He said that after the detector separated from the carrier rocket, it flew along the Earth Moon transfer orbit and reached the near lunar point at an orbital altitude of about 200 kilometers. Near the perilunar point, the probe will implement one perilunar braking and enter an elliptical orbit around the moon with an altitude of 200 kilometers and an orbital period of 12 hours. On this orbit, cubic star separation will be implemented at an appropriate time. The detector enters a circular orbit around the moon with an average altitude of 200 kilometers and a period of two hours through two near moon brakes on a 12 hour elliptical orbit around the moon, and completes the separation of the landing and ascent combination and the orbital return combination on this orbit. After separation, the orbital return combination continued to orbit the moon. After about 1 day of operation in the lunar orbit, the landing and ascent combination entered an elliptical orbit of about 15 kilometers near the moon and about 200 kilometers far from the moon through two orbit changes. The landing ascent combination continues to operate on an elliptical orbit around the moon for about one day, and implements a landing descent at an appropriate time. It goes through the main deceleration stage, rapid adjustment stage, approach stage, hovering obstacle avoidance stage, and slow descent stage, and finally makes a soft landing in the designated area on the lunar surface. The landing descent process takes about 15 minutes. After landing, the landing ascent assembly adopts two sampling methods, drilling and surface sampling, to complete the sampling and packaging of lunar soil; At the same time, payload and international payload are being deployed for detection. The working time on the lunar surface is about 48 hours. After completing the lunar work, the ascent carried lunar samples and took off on the lunar surface. Through four orbital maneuvers, it adopted a multi loop, multi pulse coplanar elliptical orbit rendezvous strategy, guided to a circular orbit around the moon at an altitude of 210 kilometers, and performed rendezvous and docking with the orbital return combination. During the operation of the landing and ascent combination on the lunar surface, the orbital return combination implements phase modulation maneuvers to enable the orbiter to reach the appropriate phase on a 200 kilometer circular orbit at the end point (handover point) of the remote guidance section. After the rendezvous and docking is completed, the lunar sample is transferred from the ascent to the return vessel. The orbital return combination separates from the ascent and docking module, cruises on the lunar orbit, waits for the transfer window, and accelerates into the lunar transfer orbit at the scheduled time. After undergoing 1 to 3 intermediate corrections, the orbiting combination reaches an altitude of about 5000 kilometers from Earth, and the spacecraft separates from the orbiter. The spacecraft will re-enter the Earth's atmosphere through a semi ballistic jump and is scheduled to land in the designated landing area of Siziwang Banner, Inner Mongolia. Wang Qiong stated that compared to the Chang'e-5 mission which samples and returns from the front of the moon, the Chang'e-6 mission will, with the support of the Queqiao 2 relay satellite, implement the lunar back sampling and return for the first time, breaking through multiple key technologies and conducting extensive international cooperation. The Chang'e-6 probe is carrying four international payloads. Among them, the law
