In the series of cases where Song Jun, Zhao, and Liu Yuan applied for non enforcement of arbitration awards for supervision, the procuratorial organs in Changsha fully played the role of civil procuratorial functions, effectively supervised the problems caused by a certain company's "one house, two sales", and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of Song Jun, the first in line buyer of the house, and others.
