Recently, the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee issued the Notice on Carrying out Party Discipline Learning and Education throughout the Party (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The Notice pointed out that in order to thoroughly study and implement the revised Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Actions (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), with the consent of the Party Central Committee, Party discipline learning and education will be carried out throughout the Party from April to July 2024. The notice emphasizes that Party discipline learning and education should focus on integrating into daily life and focusing on regular work. We must learn from the original, adhere to the combination of individual self-study and centralized learning, closely adhere to the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline for discussion, and promote the implementation of the Regulations in our minds and hearts. We need to strengthen warning education, deeply analyze typical cases of disciplinary violations, and pay attention to educating people around us through personal experiences, so that party members and cadres can be vigilant, have a clear bottom line, and be respected. We need to strengthen interpretation and training, deepen understanding and application of the Regulations. The democratic life meeting of the leadership team at or above the county level and the grassroots party organization life meeting in 2024 should take the study and implementation of the Regulations as an important content for comparative inspection. The Notice requires that Party committees (Party groups) at all levels should regard conducting Party discipline learning and education as an important political task, carefully organize and implement it, and strengthen supervision and implementation.
