To enhance the ability to control various risks, enhance the regulatory penetration of state-owned assets and central enterprises, and strictly prevent various risks. We need to deepen practical cooperation with local governments, strengthen coordination and linkage in industrial chains, innovation chains, supply chains, and other aspects, and better serve the implementation of major regional strategies such as the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. Zhang Guoqing also visited Tianjin Aisida Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. and walked into the workshop to carefully understand product development, market development, and other situations. He pointed out that specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are the driving force for promoting new industrialization and developing new quality productivity. We need to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to focus on specific areas, deepen their expertise, refine their skills, excel in their strengths, and strive for innovation, accelerate breakthroughs in key core technologies, and continuously improve their core competitiveness. We will promote inclusive "cloud based digital intelligence" services, create a batch of digital products, services, and solutions that meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and have high cost-effectiveness, and support enterprises in carrying out digital transformation. We need to innovate products for small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen pilot testing services, increase promotion and application efforts, and promote the iteration and upgrading of innovative products. We should support small and medium-sized enterprises to actively participate in the construction of large enterprise supply chains, encourage large enterprises to open up innovative resources and application scenarios to small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote their joint development and win-win cooperation.
