The dome suppression system of the K-1000 FPV drone was developed by the Kessant Scientific Production Joint Enterprise. "This electronic warfare system is shaped like a suitcase and weighs only two kilograms, making it very convenient to install and carry," according to the R&D director of the company, Alena Barantina, quoted by Russian news agency. The new electronic warfare system can intercept multiple enemy drones within a radius of 250 meters, forcing them to land or drop. Baranjina stated that this system suppresses FPV drones in two bands -800 and 900 MHz. In the near future, the Kessant Scientific Production Consortium plans to develop similar systems operating in 3 to 4 bands (plus 2400 and 5800 MHz). She said that the K-1000 system has been put into mass production - the first batch of orders came from Moscow. Negotiations are currently underway on providing a large number of anti drone suitcases to the special military operation zone. Kaisante Scientific Production Joint Enterprise specializes in the design and manufacturing of anti drone electronic warfare systems. The product description states: "The K-1000 dome suppression system intercepts unmanned aerial vehicles by setting up high-power omnidirectional interference. This system is fully automated and can use internal power sources, as well as external residential power grids or portable generators." The K-1000 system can intercept single or multiple drones, including drone swarms, as soon as it is started. This device is controlled by one operator and has no working noise. This product produces effects by interfering with drone control and navigation frequency. This will cause the rotor or drone to stop or gradually lower its altitude until landing. In some cases, they may also lose control and fall or return home (depending on the model and configuration of the drone). The advantages of K-1000 include dual band suppression, effective working radius of about 250 meters, convenient operation, ergonomic design, and lightweight for easy product use. Meanwhile, the simple and sturdy design allows even the most inexperienced operators to use it in complex environments.
