Over 750 exhibitors gather in Hong Kong to showcase the latest film and television works

The 28th Hong Kong International Film and Television Exhibition, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, was held in Hong Kong on the 11th. More than 750 exhibitors from around the world showcased their latest film and television works. This year's Hong Kong International Film and Television Exhibition will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, with over 30 regional exhibition halls available for film and entertainment institutions from various regions to introduce their films and plans for the coming year. The lineup of exhibitors from mainland China is huge, including Alibaba Culture and Entertainment Group, Bilibili, iQiyi, Tencent, and others. A Hubei exhibitor who participated for the first time brought a variety of works with different themes. Ms. Jin, the booth manager, expressed her hope to explore markets outside of mainland China through this film and television exhibition, and let more audiences understand the film works produced in mainland China. This year's Hong Kong International Film and Television Exhibition showcases multiple advanced technologies. The film and television exhibition collaborates with Hong Kong startups to establish a virtual production studio on site for the first time, showcasing the latest production technology and generating real-time content. On the same day, the Hong Kong Institute of Design held the opening ceremony of the virtual production video studio on site. The Hong Kong Baptist University, which participated for the first time, showcased the application of artificial intelligence, visualization, and human-computer interaction technology in film creation. In addition to the exhibition, the organizer also arranged multiple events, including press conferences for film and entertainment companies, film tours, seminars, exchange meetings, and screening events. At the same time, the Asian Film and Television Entertainment Forum was also held, where industry professionals exchanged ideas on topics such as the development and opportunities of generative artificial intelligence, streaming platforms, co produced films, and the ASEAN film and television market. The Hong Kong International Film and Television Exhibition is one of the leading cross media and cross industry film and television entertainment trade platforms in Asia, and this exhibition will continue until March 14th.
