At the same time, it plans the framework of carbon peak and carbon neutrality standard system in the industrial sector and key areas for the development of carbon peak and carbon neutrality standards. It is worth mentioning that in the key areas of formulating carbon peak and carbon neutrality standards, the guidelines have planned collaborative carbon reduction standards, mainly referring to the relevant technologies and equipment for achieving collaborative carbon reduction through internal enterprise collaboration, upstream and downstream collaboration, and industrial chain collaboration, including digital and green collaboration, pollution and carbon reduction collaboration, and industrial chain collaboration standards. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that the guidelines focus on effective connection with the existing industrial energy-saving and comprehensive utilization standard system and green manufacturing standard system.
