More than 600 objections and retrial prosecutorial suggestions were raised against administrative rulings that were deemed to be erroneous. More than 40000 prosecutorial suggestions have been made regarding illegal situations in administrative trials and enforcement activities. Efforts will be made to standardize and promote public interest litigation in procuratorial work. 190000 public interest litigation cases have been filed and handled. The Supreme People's Procuratorate is cooperating with the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to accelerate the research and promotion of public interest litigation legislation. Efforts will be made to strengthen the investigation and prosecution of job-related crimes committed by judicial personnel. More than 1900 people were put on file for investigation. The Supreme People's Procuratorate directly put on file to investigate Yang Guangming, the former Deputy Director General of the Public Security Department of the Xizang Autonomous Region, who was suspected of bending the law for personal gain, and eliminated a number of "pests" in the judicial team.
