On February 20th, the Haikou Transportation and Port Management Bureau and the Haikou Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment jointly issued a notice that as of 9:00 am on February 20th, the vehicles in the Wuyuan River car waiting parking lot have been cleared, and the "three ports" in Haikou have resumed normal transportation order. Previously, due to the continuous high-level operation of pre booked sea crossing vehicles in the "Three Ports", coupled with intermittent suspension caused by heavy fog, many sea crossing cars were waiting to cross the port area. To solve the problem of vehicle parking, Haikou has set up three temporary waiting parking lots. The temporary waiting parking lot was closed at 24:00 on February 19th. The Haikou Transportation and Port Administration Bureau and the Haikou Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment have issued a reminder that flights to Xinhai Port from February 20th onwards will be delayed by 3 hours according to the nominal flight time.
