All levels of procuratorial organs should strictly implement according to the deployment of the conference, and provide strong legal guarantees for promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation based on the achievements of procuratorial work. To support and serve Chinese path to modernization with the modernization of political and legal work, we should examine political and legal work from a political perspective and political thinking, and anchor the historical position of political and legal work in the overall situation of the Party and the state. The procuratorial organs should deeply understand the theoretical logic, historical logic, and practical logic of "two establishment" and "two maintenance", deepen their understanding of the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics, closely focus on the central and primary tasks of the Party and the state, consolidate the Party's governing position and strengthen the Party's governing foundation through the performance of procuratorial duties, and practice loyalty to the Party through high-quality and efficient performance of duties. Implementing comprehensive governance of social security is an important guarantee for ensuring the sustained stability of the overall social situation and building a harmonious society. The procuratorial organs should accurately grasp the criminal policy of combining leniency and severity, strictly apply arrest and detention measures in accordance with the law, and explore the construction of a Chinese characteristic system for managing minor crimes. Comprehensively promote the legalization of petition work, achieve the "five legalizations" of prevention, acceptance, handling, supervision and accountability, and maintenance of order, so that the public can distinguish right from wrong within the legal framework, judge right from wrong in the unity of rights and obligations, and fundamentally achieve the goal of distinguishing and resolving disputes.
