Macro management focuses on analyzing and judging business data from a region or line, identifying overall, trending, and emerging issues in the operation of prosecutorial business, and proposing targeted and forward-looking solutions and measures to promote the overall improvement of legal supervision quality and efficiency. Micro management focuses on case evaluation, accurately evaluating the quality of specific cases, and identifying and correcting problems in the handling of specific cases. The basis for high-quality and efficient case handling is individual cases. We need to implement the system of prosecutor's responsibility for handling cases, mechanisms for safeguarding rights and interests, and mechanisms for accountability and punishment to ensure that prosecutors handle every case with dedication, responsibility, and high quality and efficiency. Ying Yong pointed out that the main evaluation indicators of case quality are an important part of the evaluation system of prosecutorial work and an important way of macro management of prosecutorial work. We should highlight the functions of analyzing and judging, grasping dynamics, grasping trends, finding problems, proposing countermeasures, and improving work, gradually downplaying the functions of reporting, assessment, and comparison. Evaluation indicators should not be used for micro management, nor should they be directly applied to the evaluation of individuals and individual cases. Improving indicators is a dynamic process, and the overall direction is to adhere to seeking truth from facts and gradually streamline indicators. Simplifying indicators does not mean reducing statistical analysis data,
