All levels of procuratorial organs should deeply implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, based on their procuratorial functions, punish crimes such as refusing to pay labor remuneration in accordance with the law, increase support and prosecution for vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, strengthen information exchange and sharing with relevant departments, fully play the leading and demonstrative role of typical cases, and promote the governance of litigation sources and systems in conjunction with their duty to handle cases. Efforts should be made to form a working force and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people. The meeting emphasized that assistant prosecutors, prosecutors, and judicial administrative personnel are important components of the prosecutorial professional system, and they are all related to the long-term issue of the party's prosecutorial career having successors. Improving the management system for assistant prosecutors is an important measure to deepen the comprehensive reform of the judicial system and continuously deepen the classification management of judicial personnel. We should attach importance to and strengthen the management, use, and supervision of assistant prosecutors. According to the different stages and stages of the growth and development of assistant prosecutors, corresponding responsibilities and tasks should be assigned to them in accordance with the law.
