December 4th of this year is the 10th National Constitution Day, and in recent days, the "Constitution Propaganda Week" activities with the theme of "vigorously promoting the spirit of the Constitution and building a socialist legal culture" are being carried out in various regions. How to optimize the legal business environment and empower enterprises to develop with high quality? Recently, as the focus of this year's "Constitution Propaganda Week" in Shanghai, the final of the 7th Shanghai Enterprise Legal Skills Competition was successfully held. This competition innovatively adopts the methods of "enterprises producing papers, government answering questions" and "raising questions, discussing countermeasures" to effectively solve the difficulties encountered by enterprises in operation. Recently, in the outdoor live broadcast room of "Constitutional Protection for Agriculture, Rural Areas, and Legal Assistance for Revitalization", Liu Yan, a demonstration household of legal usage in Shannan Town, Feixi County, Anhui Province, shared her insights on legal usage with netizens. During the "Constitution Propaganda Week", Anhui Province organized and carried out constitutional propaganda activities in rural areas based on actual conditions. Representatives of outstanding "legal experts" and "demonstration households for learning and using the law" in the province concentrated on constitutional propaganda, with a focus on promoting the relevant provisions of the Constitution on agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. During this year's "Constitution Propaganda Week", Fujian Province held a public welfare legal education activity called "Serving the Overall Situation and Livelihood - Dandelion in Legal Education". At the provincial-level demonstration event on December 3rd, the Fujian Provincial Department of Justice, in collaboration with 21 legal education co construction units, organized "dandelion" legal education volunteers to jointly carry out legal education publicity. At the event, a special area for constitutional legal education, a special area for serving private enterprises in legal education, and a "dandelion" psychological counseling area were set up, and the public actively participated. Since its establishment in 2021, the "Dandelion" Volunteer Alliance for Legal Education in Fujian Province has developed over 136000 legal education volunteers, conducted over 19800 service activities, and served over 50 million people. At 12:4 on December 4th, various government agencies, government halls, and outdoor screens of buildings in Gansu Province simultaneously lit up propaganda posters promoting the spirit of the Constitution and strengthening constitutional faith. They extensively carried out activities such as concentrated promotion and oath taking of the Constitution, forming a strong momentum for constitutional propaganda. Gansu Province adheres to the comprehensive efforts of knowledge popularization, theoretical interpretation, and concept guidance, and adopts a combination of "7 theme days+10 special activities" to carry out various forms of publicity activities.
