This has put forward new and higher requirements for the construction of public service systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. We should actively respond to the development needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and the trend of industrial technology transformation, adhere to a better combination of government and effective markets, a better combination of overall promotion and key breakthroughs, and a better combination of capacity improvement and mechanism innovation, further increase work efforts, promote the construction of public service systems for small and medium-sized enterprises to a new level, and play a greater role in serving the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
