The 6th China International Import Expo will be held in Shanghai from November 5th to 10th. The National Comprehensive Exhibition is an important component of the CIIE. This year, the CIIE National Exhibition is fully resumed offline, with the China Pavilion being the largest in its history. At present, the layout of each booth in the national exhibition hall has been basically completed, and participating countries are also full of expectations for this year's CIIE. It is understood that 69 countries and 3 international organizations have appeared in the national exhibition of the 6th China Expo, covering developed countries, developing countries and least developed countries, and 64 countries have jointly built the "the Belt and Road". Among the participating countries, there are not only "old friends" who have participated multiple times, but also 11 "new faces" who have participated in national exhibitions for the first time, and 34 countries who have participated offline for the first time. This year, we will showcase exciting content in various fields such as technological innovation, advantageous industries, and investment environment from various countries up close through on-site exhibitions, interactive experiences, and other means. Since the first CIIE in 2018, Poland has organized over 170 Polish companies to participate in the past five CIIE sessions. This year, the Polish Pavilion in the national exhibition area will showcase food, skincare products, pet food and other exhibits produced by 8 Polish companies. It is worth mentioning that the Polish Pavilion, as the best European tourist destination in 2023, has also set up a photo taking and check-in area on its booth. This year is the first offline exhibition at the Irish National Pavilion, and in 2021 and 2022, Ireland established an online national pavilion for the CIIE. The Irish National Pavilion of this CIIE is jointly organized by the Irish Embassy in China, the Consulate General of Ireland in Shanghai, and four national institutions. It fully showcases high-quality Irish products and numerous high-end Irish brands, covering various fields such as seafood, dairy products, beverages, dietary supplements, and skincare products. In addition, this year's China Pavilion has been upgraded and expanded, with the exhibition area increasing from 1500 square meters to 2500 square meters, the largest in history. The exhibition focuses on showcasing China's latest achievements in promoting high-level opening up and high-quality development, attracting "investment in China", and establishing the "Achievement Exhibition for the 10th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Pilot Free Trade Zone". The exhibition categories are more diverse and the content themes are more innovative, covering multiple fields such as aerospace, healthcare, education, etc., providing a platform for the appearance and display of new products, services, and technologies.
