Standing on the shore of Nansha Port Area in Guangzhou Port, overlooking from afar, ships of "sea giants" filled with containers are constantly commuting day and night on the Lingding Ocean. At the confluence of transportation arteries on both sides of the the Pearl River, Nansha has witnessed the enduring history of the "millennium commercial capital", and now it is the gateway hub of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area to the sea and the world, demonstrating the new practice of high-level opening up. In June 2022, the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for Deepening Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Comprehensive Cooperation in Guangzhou Nansha towards the World" (hereinafter referred to as the "Nansha Plan"), giving Nansha the positioning of "building a major strategic platform based on the Bay Area, collaborating with Hong Kong Macao, and facing the world". Riding the wind and taking advantage of the situation. Over the past year, Nansha has been promoting the further acceleration, quality improvement, and efficiency of development and opening up. Advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industries have gained momentum, and cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao has continued to deepen and strengthen. Global advanced technology, funds, talent, and other high-end production factors have accelerated their convergence in Nansha, providing strong support for the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area as a "one point, two places". In 2022, the total economic output of Nansha exceeded 220 billion yuan, ranking first in Guangzhou in terms of growth rate. In the first eight months of this year, the output value of high-tech industries in the entire region increased by 7.6%, forming a rising scene of development and opening up. Nansha has accumulated 884 achievements in the reform and innovation of free trade zones, and 409 have been replicated and promoted by the country, provinces, and cities. Since the release of the "Nansha Plan", preferential policies such as 15% corporate income tax and personal income tax have been implemented in Nansha and have taken effect. They have reduced taxes by over 530 million yuan for 506 Hong Kong and Macao residents and 18 encouraged industry enterprises. Explorers?? The traditional pillar industry of Guangzhou is the "Xin Chen Da Hai" automobile industry, which has a "different face" in Nansha. At the tip of Lingshan Island in Mingzhu Bay, fully unmanned autonomous taxis run smoothly on the road, and the travel scenes that used to appear in science fiction movies have become a reality in Nansha. In April of this year, Xiaoma Zhixing, a unicorn enterprise in Nansha, obtained the first and only remote passenger transportation permit in Guangzhou, allowing the opening of Robotaxi, an autonomous driving travel service without a safety officer in the vehicle. Within an area of 803 square kilometers in Nansha, citizens have the opportunity to call a truly autonomous vehicle without a safety officer through mobile software to destinations such as high-speed rail stations, subway entrances, key commercial districts, residential communities, and citizen parks. On October 13th, the fourth mass-produced vehicle model V09 of Hechuang Automobile, an automotive company from Nansha, was officially launched. Unlike other new energy vehicles, this car can achieve a peak fast charging power of 410kW, a maximum charging time of 10 minutes, and an additional range of 400km, achieving a new driving experience of "charging as fast as refueling". The "secret" of Hechuang Automobile lies in its cooperation with another Nansha unicorn company, Juwan Technology Research, which uses 4C super fast charging technology on this new car. This year, Hechuang Automobile also plans to accelerate its expansion into overseas markets. Currently, multiple batches of prototype vehicles have been exported to Germany, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Costa Rica, Uzbekistan, and other countries. Unmanned driving, ultra fast charging, and "going to sea" for cars... Auto companies' big exhibition
