The specific situation of train suspension is as follows: 1. Starting from 16:00 on September 4th, trains on the Hangzhou Shenzhen Line from Chaoshan to Hangzhou, the Meishan Line, and the Shelong Line will be suspended. Starting from 20:00 on the same day, trains operating in the Shanwei to Chaoshan section of the Hangzhou Shenzhen Line will be suspended; 2. On September 5th, trains on the Hangzhou Shenzhen Line from Shanwei to Hangzhou, the Meishan Line, Zhanglong Line, and Sheshan Line were suspended; 3. The Meishan Line will be shut down before 12:00 on September 6th, and the Zhanglong Line will be shut down all day. The railway department will promptly send relevant information about the train you purchased. After receiving a text message or checking the train stop information on 12306, passengers can complete the full refund procedures within 30 days from the departure date of the ticket (including the same day) at the station's manual window or 12306 website (12306 mobile app). No refund fee will be charged for any refund. Passengers who have paid in cash and printed reimbursement vouchers shall return the reimbursement voucher to the railway station window within 180 days (including the same day) from the date of ticket refund by presenting the original valid ID document used at the time of ticket purchase, and collect the ticket payment.
