The number of cases supervised by the "Four Major Prosecutors" supported by big data increased significantly year-on-year, and solid results were achieved by leveraging the "digital revolution" small incision to promote the legal supervision transformation. The reporter learned that since the beginning of this year, the procuratorate of the autonomous region has comprehensively coordinated and promoted digital procuratorial work, with the "Digital Procuratorial Enhancement Project" as the starting point, established a leading group for digital procuratorial work and implemented normalized operations; Develop an annual plan and clarify the timeline for advancing digital procuratorial work; Deepen the use of the legal supervision path of "analyzing individual cases, sorting out elements, constructing models, managing similar cases, and integrating supervision", and establish and improve the legal supervision operation mechanism of "handling individual cases, supervising similar cases, and managing systems". In the process of digital prosecutorial construction, the procuratorate of the autonomous region actively planned to establish a digital prosecutorial propaganda corridor and a digital prosecutorial reference room by organizing training and conducting research, promoting the standardization of basic work and model construction materials for digital prosecutorial work. The procuratorates at all levels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region focus on the main responsibility of legal supervision, actively activate internal data, actively plan to break through data barriers, coordinate and integrate external data to build models, and achieve positive results. For example, the Songshan District Procuratorate in Chifeng City has developed a legal supervision model for the legality of marriage registration. After coordinating with the Autonomous Region Procuratorate, the Civil Affairs Department, and the Higher Court of the Autonomous Region, more than 1.5 million pieces of relevant data were found, and nearly 1400 pieces of abnormal data were compared. Further investigation has found 20 clues to bigamy, 8 clues to fake marriage certificates, and other abnormal data is under further verification; Manzhouli Municipal Procuratorate has developed a big data legal supervision model for crimes and omissions involving the national border (frontier), which has been applied by the procuratorate of the autonomous region in conjunction with the Exit Entry Administration Bureau of the Public Security Department of the autonomous region and the Public Security Corps to carry out the special work of "double registered residence" fraud in handling entry and exit documents to illegally cross the national border (frontier). As of now, the procuratorial organs of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have built 124 models and are currently building 106 models.
