On July 28, the State Council Information Office held a series of news conferences themed "Opening remarks by authoritative departments", inviting relevant leaders of the National Cutural Heritage Administration to introduce relevant information on "strengthening the protection of cultural relics and inheriting Chinese civilization". Li Qun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Director of the National Cutural Heritage Administration, introduced that the National Cutural Heritage Administration has made great efforts to implement the work from six aspects and strive to promote the high-quality development of China's cultural heritage cause. One is to increase the protection of cultural relics and heritage. Create the first batch of national cultural relic protection and utilization demonstration zones; Jointly issued the "Three Year Action Plan for the Protection of Bridges"; Promote the construction of themed Chinese cultural relics trails; Joint issuance of the "Construction and Protection Plan for the Yellow River National Cultural Park" and other related documents. The second is to deepen archaeological research on cultural relics. Continuously promoting 18 major projects such as the Chinese Civilization Exploration Project and the "Archaeological China" Xia Culture Research, organizing and implementing 268 proactive archaeological projects, and holding thematic exhibitions on the origin and early development of Chinese civilization; The fourth batch of National archaeological park of China was evaluated and announced, and the total number of archaeological site parks in China reached 55. The third is to enhance the dissemination and influence of cultural relics. At present, the total number of museums in China has reached 6565, with a free opening rate of over 90%. Promote theme exhibitions such as the top ten exhibitions in national museums. The fourth is to strengthen the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics. A number of important revolutionary sites such as the National Mongolian Tibetan School have been protected and repaired, and have been opened to the public. Fifth, strengthen innovation in cultural relics technology. The eighth batch of key scientific research bases of the National Cutural Heritage Administration was selected, and there were 40 scientific and technological bases for cultural relics nationwide. Carry out 17 digital, information, and networked cultural projects, including the "Digital Axis". Sixth, strengthen the construction of professional talent teams. Significant progress has been made in the establishment of degrees in "Cultural Relics", "Cultural Relics Science and Technology", and preparations for the University of Cultural Heritage are also being actively promoted. According to the relevant person in charge of the Department of Museums and Social Cultural Relics of the National Cutural Heritage Administration, in recent years, the popularity of museums has continued to rise, and the public's enthusiasm for visiting museums has soared, especially in winter, summer and holidays, when some museums are difficult to make reservations. Recently, the National Cutural Heritage Administration selected 45 large and medium-sized museums nationwide for special research. Research has found that the difficulty of making appointments is mainly concentrated in some top popular restaurants. This reflects the increasingly prominent contradiction between the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and the imbalanced and insufficient supply of high-quality culture. At the same time, some "scalpers" are disrupting the normal operation of the museum by grabbing and hoarding tickets. In response to these problems, the National Cutural Heritage Administration responded to social concerns in a timely manner and took a series of measures. On July 14th, a notice was issued on strengthening the opening services of museums during summer and other holidays. Multiple museums across the country have also taken a series of measures to optimize their services. In the next step, the National Cutural Heritage Administration will continue to strengthen its work from four aspects: first, expand service supply and ease the contradiction between supply and demand. Focus on strengthening the promotion of non popular high-quality museums. Guide museums in various regions to launch more exhibitions and educational activities, and further optimize service supply. The second is to strengthen departmental linkage and form regulatory synergy. Strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security, conduct special research on specific measures to crack down on the "scalpers", and increase the intensity of review, supervision, and crackdown. The third is to innovate work ideas and improve appointment mechanisms. Guide various regions
