For those holding Level 5/Junior, Level 4/Intermediate, Level 3/Advanced, Level 2/Technician, and Level 1/Advanced Skill Level Certificates (Vocational Qualification Certificates) for elderly care workers, an additional subsidy of 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 yuan will be provided; 2. If the applicant has been engaged in frontline elderly care service positions in an elderly care service institution for a total of 10 years and has not received the aforementioned job subsidy, a one-time job subsidy of 20000 yuan will be given. Subsidies of 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 yuan will be added to those holding Level 5/Junior, Level 4/Intermediate, Level 3/Advanced, Level 2/Technician, and Level 1/Advanced Skill Level Certificates (Vocational Qualification Certificates) for elderly care workers.
