Recently, the Central Theme Education Leading Group Office issued a notice to deploy the learning and application of Zhejiang's "Ten Million Project" experience cases. Based on the actual work of the court, how to learn and make good use of the experience and inspiration of the "Ten Million Project", and grasp the people's stance contained in it? How to consistently integrate practical work style into judicial trial work? How to inherit and apply the heirloom of investigation and research well? On July 4th, the Supreme People's Court held a seminar on the exchange of research results among court leaders and the (expanded) collective learning of the Party Group Theory Learning Center Group. Zhang Jun, Secretary and President of the Party Group of the Supreme People's Court, presided over the meeting. Xu Yousheng, the leader of the 22nd Steering Group of the Central Committee, attended the meeting for guidance. It is reported that since the launch of the theme education, the Supreme Party Group has firmly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee. Under the strong guidance of the 22nd Guiding Group of the Central Committee, the problem orientation has been highlighted, and 18 research topics led by the leadership of the institute and 39 research topics led by various departments have been clarified. The 9 research topics investigated by the consulting committee have been integrated into the "big plate" of investigation and research. Since April, each research group has conducted a total of 208 trips through discussions, questionnaires, individual interviews, and on-site visits, covering 29 provinces (districts, cities) and 96 cities (counties). I understand that the reason why the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China requests to learn and apply the experience cases of the 'Ten Million Project' in thematic education is to summarize ideas and methods that are suitable for us to promote our work and implement them in practice. 'The' Ten Million Project 'tells us that only by going deep into the grassroots can we grasp the real situation and discover the real problems.' The 'Ten Million Project' demonstrates with irrefutable facts that protecting the environment is protecting productivity, and improving the environment is developing productivity, providing important guidance for the judicial trial of environmental resources. Completing the research report is only the beginning, and only by implementing it step by step can we truly reflect the research results. At the meeting, the leaders of the Supreme Court shared their experience of learning about the 'Ten Million Project', introduced the situation of conducting investigation and research, and exchanged ideas and measures to further strengthen and improve the work based on the problems discovered and good practices learned during the investigation. Zhang Jun pointed out that at present, the focus of investigation and research is to summarize and exchange, solve problems, and transform and apply results. Through communication meetings, we will conduct pulse and consultation on the research work undertaken by the hospital leaders, and further promote the implementation of the investigation and research carried out by various units.
