It is the job hunting season, and college graduates are about to enter the workplace, opening a new chapter in their lives. But some unscrupulous individuals specialize in cheating on graduates and job seekers who have not yet delved into the world, which makes people have to guard against. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a public warning, reminding graduates to be careful of "job hunting traps" and avoid scams and scams while receiving offers. Black intermediaries trap some illegal job referral agencies to charge various nominal fees to job seekers under the guise of job introductions. The typical feature is that they do not have relevant qualifications such as human resources service licenses, and impersonate or forge relevant qualifications to obtain information about job graduates. Even if these illegal job agencies provide job information, they are still job positions that do not match or even fake the needs of college graduates. Prevention reminder: When college graduates seek employment, they should give priority to choosing public employment talent service institutions and formal market intermediaries. For market intermediaries, they should understand whether their business scope includes job introduction business and whether they have a human resources service license. When signing agreements with market intermediaries, do not trust their verbal promises lightly, be sure to read the content of the contract clearly, and do not blindly sign. Part time scams: Some scammers engage in scams under the guise of high paying part-time jobs, making money with just a click of the mouse, and cashing out on orders. The characteristic is that the threshold is low, and they claim to be easy to work part-time jobs with generous salaries. Precautionary reminder: College graduates should not trust "good" jobs that are both easy and profitable. They should understand the market salary level of the current position, understand that pie will not fall from the sky, and what falls is often a trap. At the same time, pay attention to personal information security, do not easily disclose bank card, online banking, Alipay and other password information, and do not open strange website links at will. Fee trap: Employers or intermediary institutions charge college graduates registration fees, clothing fees, physical examination fees, training fees, deposits, job stability funds, information review fees, and other fees in the name of recruitment. Some intermediary agencies cooperate with illegal employers and collect fees in the name of recommending jobs. When graduates join the employer, the illegal employer fabricates various reasons to refuse or dismiss the graduates midway. Some institutions also promise high paying industry internship positions to graduates, but graduates must pay relevant service fees. Precautionary reminder: Graduates should remember that applying for the job itself does not require any fees. For recruitment interviews, internships, etc. that require payment as a condition, caution should be taken to verify whether there is a legal basis for fees. If payment is made, a formal invoice must be issued and stamped with the official seal of the unit to preserve evidence for potential disputes. Borrowing Traps: Individual intermediary institutions or employers use high salary employment as a bait to promise employment after training to college graduates, but must borrow money from designated lending institutions to pay training fees. After the training is completed, training institutions often find it difficult to fulfill their promises or recommend jobs that are far from their original promises. Graduates may face the disadvantage of being burdened with high borrowing costs and not achieving employment. Precautionary reminder: College graduates should enhance their awareness of discrimination, check whether the business scope of the institution or enterprise includes training content, check whether the promised salary is generally consistent with the same position in society, and sign loan agreements with caution or include
