On the forum, Pengcheng Laboratory released the Pengcheng Nebula System and Pengcheng Xingfang Dataset. The current big science is facing unprecedented challenges in massive data research. Massive remote sensing data and information products are the core scientific data of global change, carbon neutrality and global sustainable development research. With the development of various large-scale sky surveys both domestically and internationally, the massive amount and complexity of astronomical data have posed unprecedented challenges to astronomical exploration. Due to its learning ability to understand multi-scale and complex systems, AI provides new tools for remote sensing and astronomical data analysis, with broad application prospects. The nebula system relies on the major technological infrastructure Pengcheng Yunnao II with strong E-level artificial intelligence computing power to build a research cloud platform for remote sensing and astronomy. It can provide three major functions: multi domain multimodal data intelligent production services, multi domain AI+disciplinary algorithm research services, and cross disciplinary research and exchange services. Star cube datasets are ready data produced based on nebula systems and can be directly used for scientific research. "The nebula system and Starsquare dataset will give full play to the advantages of AI technology in data scientific research and application, and will be committed to the research on key technology breakthroughs in water cycle, carbon cycle, urban sustainable development layout, and the origin of the universe, galaxy evolution and other fields. It can promote interdisciplinary integration, promote AI for Science to move forward, and is of great significance in opening up the frontiers of knowledge, exploring the unknown world, and solving major global problems." The nebula system is driven by the needs of international major science programs and engineering, focusing on astronomy and remote sensing, supporting SKA International Major Science Engineering and GEO International Major Science Organization, and providing strong support for the research of complex problems at the forefront of world science and technology. At the forum, Pengcheng Laboratory signed cooperation agreements with the National Remote Sensing Center and Guangzhou University, respectively. They will use the nebula system to jointly carry out strategic, forward-looking, and targeted international scientific and technological innovation cooperation policy research on the development of aerospace information, artificial intelligence, and participation in international organizations.
