To promote the construction of high standard farmland, modern technological means such as information technology, precision agriculture technology, intelligent agricultural equipment, etc. can be fully utilized to develop smart agriculture and improve the yield and efficiency of farmland. Adhering to the national standards for high standard farmland, we will gradually implement the leveling and consolidation of farmland, as well as the construction of irrigation and drainage facilities. We will strictly control quality in various aspects such as soil improvement, farmland construction, and field management to ensure that farmland meets high quality standards, coordinate economic, social, and ecological benefits, and thereby improve land use and output rates, enhance the level of agricultural industrialization management, and truly play its role in promoting agricultural income. High standard farmland construction relies on construction in three parts and management in seven parts. It is very important to establish a sound supervision and management mechanism to ensure the implementation of management and protection work in detail.
