Introduction to Smart Retail Statistics, Labor Force Survey Work, Introduction to the Fifth National Economic Census... In the "China Smart Statistics" exhibition area of the Fourth United Nations World Data Forum, rows of display boards introducing China's statistical development occasionally attract guests to stop. Data, as a fundamental strategic resource, important productivity, and key production factor, has profoundly changed the global economic operation mechanism and social production and lifestyle, expanding new space and adding new momentum for enhancing national governance capacity and promoting global sustainable development. "Kang Yi, Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, said at the 4th United Nations World Data Forum China Plenary Session. Participants believed that the theme slogan of this forum, "Embrace data for a win-win future", was in line with the consensus of the international community on strengthening data innovation, mining data value, deepening data cooperation, and improving data governance, aiming to help achieve the goal of sustainable development with the "governance of data". Currently, various uncertainties such as global social, economic, humanitarian, and environmental issues are intertwined, and reliable data is the foundation for all sectors of society to understand the situation and make decisions. "United Nations Deputy Secretary General Li Junhua said that this forum will seek solutions around relevant issues and use data and statistics to help better achieve sustainable development goals. Rachel Bivin, Director of the Statistics Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, stated that some Asia Pacific countries lack data indicators for monitoring sustainable development goals. He suggested that all parties strengthen the capacity building of national statistical systems, further deepen partnerships, and actively share practical experiences in sustainable development. Kang Yi said that in the process of accelerating the Digital transformation of the economy and society, the scope of data has been greatly expanded. A large number of non-traditional data have been generated and widely used in production, life and national governance, and the granularity of data is getting finer and finer. The government statistical system, organizational management methods, as well as the standard rules, collection principles, and technical means of data should be adjusted to better meet the needs of scientific decision-making and macro governance. The trend is for statistical concepts to move from competition to symbiosis, statistical standards to move from static to dynamic, data processing to move from traditional to modern, and statistical products to move from single to diverse, "Kang Yi said. The coordinator of the United Nations Development System in China, Chang Qide, stated that different countries have different considerations and restrictions on cross-border data flow, and balancing data openness and data security is crucial. At present, it is particularly necessary to strengthen cooperation between countries in the field of data to provide strong support for achieving sustainable development goals, "he said. At the forum, multiple participants believed that the potential value of data from government and other public sectors should be further explored. Fu Haishan, Director of the Development Data Bureau of the World Bank, stated that all parties should strengthen cooperation and work together to enhance the credibility of data on the basis of shared data. At the same time, more measures should be taken to protect data security, enhance data accuracy, and fully leverage data value to help solve problems in development. Enterprises are one of the important producers of data, and building a good data ecosystem is inseparable from their proactive actions. SF Technology believes that under the premise of compliance and security, we will further strengthen data cooperation between enterprises and accelerate the formation of an open and win-win data ecosystem in the industry to address cross disciplinary and multi industry collaboration
