According to reporter statistics, as of the close of April 12th, a total of 1532 A-share companies have released their 2022 annual reports, of which 1161 listed companies have disclosed their annual dividend plans, accounting for 76% of the companies that have already announced their annual reports. The total annual cash dividends are 1.58 trillion yuan (including the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports of the same year, the same below), which has reached 80% of the total cash dividends for 2021. According to the dividend plan (the same below), out of 1161 companies, over 60% of them have a dividend rate higher than 30%, with 271 companies having a dividend rate exceeding 50%. From an absolute amount perspective, 22 companies have cash dividends exceeding 10 billion yuan. In the view of industry insiders, 70% of companies have not yet released annual reports, and it can be foreseen that the cash dividend scale of A-share companies in 2022 is expected to reach a new historical high. The total dividend amount or the overall cash dividend scale of A-share companies has been increasing year by year, reaching new highs. Data shows that from 2018 to 2021, the cumulative total cash dividends were 1.23 trillion yuan, 1.32 trillion yuan, 1.53 trillion yuan, and 1.92 trillion yuan, respectively. In 2022, this data is expected to reach a new high. At present, 1532 companies that have disclosed their 2022 annual reports account for only 30% of the total number of A-share companies, indicating that 70% of the companies still have not released their annual reports. Even so, the total dividend payout of RMB 1.58 trillion for the above-mentioned "30% companies" has reached over 80% of RMB 1.92 trillion in 2021. The reporter noticed that the average dividend amount of this "30% company" in 2022 was 1 billion yuan, exceeding the average of 580 million yuan in 2021. The continuous growth of A-share cash dividends is inseparable from the stable growth and good development of the listed company's own performance. Based on the performance of the past five years, the average operating revenue of A-share companies in 2018 was 12.627 billion yuan, compared to 19.937 billion yuan in 2022, an increase of 58%; The average attributable net profit of A-share companies in 2018 was 937 million yuan, and by 2022, this figure has risen to 1.956 billion yuan. In recent years, large cap blue chip companies have demonstrated the characteristics of "cash cows". These industry leaders with stable operations have returned dividends of over 10 billion yuan to investors, becoming the focus of market attention. Statistics show that among the 1161 companies that have already disclosed their dividend plans, 22 companies will receive cash dividends exceeding 10 billion yuan in 2022. Among them, telecom operators China Mobile and China Telecom are generous and generous. According to the annual dividend payout rate disclosed by China Mobile, which is 67%, the company's total dividend for the year 2022 will exceed 81 billion yuan. The 'three barrels of oil' also receive generous dividends. According to the disclosed dividend plan, the total dividend amount of the "Three Barrels of Oil" in 2022 will exceed 180 billion yuan, of which PetroChina's cash dividend is 77.341 billion yuan, ranking first among the "Three Barrels of Oil". According to the 2022 annual report, PetroChina achieved a revenue of 3.24 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.9%; The net profit attributable to the parent company was 149.375 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.08%
