Recently, the first batch of "dual student" female pilots jointly trained by the Air Force, Tsinghua University, and Peking University successfully completed night single flight training for their junior trainer aircraft, marking that these female pilots have the ability to operate planes independently at night. In the evening, with the command from the tower commander, several Chujiao 6 aircraft from a certain regimental airport of Air Force Aviation University slid out and took off one by one, heading towards the designated airspace. Under dim light conditions at night, the students completed a series of maneuvers such as large slope hovering, diving and jumping, and continuous takeoff and landing in accordance with the prescribed content. During the landing process, the flight students turned off the landing lights throughout the entire process and only operated visually. After the training, the female pilot students came to the evaluation room and immersed themselves in the review and preparation for the next lesson with the teachers. They plan to transfer to the advanced trainer training phase in June this year. It is understood that the Air Force took the lead in jointly cultivating "dual student" flight students with Tsinghua University in 2011, and expanded to Peking University and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2012.
