With the implementation of the "travel restriction order", online game platform service providers strictly limit the time they can provide online game services to minors and require users to register with their real names. Some companies also set multiple facial verification levels to strictly prevent minors from becoming addicted to the internet. However, even so, there are still criminals who have targeted the profit space, providing "convenience" for minors to become addicted to games through operations such as buying and selling personal information, renting game accounts, and using "black technology" for facial authentication. The Huqiu District Procuratorate of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province has handled a case in accordance with the law, prosecuting Cheng, who is suspected of infringing on citizens' personal information, and simultaneously filing an incidental civil public interest lawsuit. Recently, the court sentenced the defendant, Cheng, to seven months in prison and one year in probation for the crime of infringing on personal information of citizens. At the same time, it supported the public interest litigation demands put forward by the procuratorial organs, ordered Cheng to delete the collected personal information of minors, publicly apologize in national media, bear more than 14000 yuan in compensation for public welfare damages, and repair the damaged public welfare through participation in public welfare services. A complaint involves a criminal case. In September 2021, the Huqiu District Procuratorate received a complaint message from a parent through the self-developed E "New" Guardianship of Juvenile Judicial Protection Platform, reflecting that his son Xiao Liang (pseudonym) had recently become disinterested in learning and addicted to games. Xiaoliang's parents stated that by checking Xiaoliang's phone, they found that renting an online game account cost over 2000 yuan in less than a month. Upon detecting any abnormalities, Xiaoliang's parents promptly collected evidence such as order information, payment records, and chat records, and submitted them to the prosecution, hoping to uncover the hidden information behind buying and selling online game accounts. According to the complaint information from parents, the hospital found that Cheng was suspected of renting online game accounts to minors. After further investigation, it was found that Cheng was suspected of infringing on citizens' personal information, and the clues to the case were transferred to the public security organs. I often feel financially strapped due to my hobby of buying branded items. In early 2021, Cheng saw an advertisement in a QQ group claiming that he could crack facial recognition programs. Cheng, who felt profitable among them, immediately contacted to obtain the "secret script". It turns out that the goods sold by the other party are commonly known as "materials", that is, a complete set of personal information including name, ID card number and face dynamic video. After purchasing these information, the face recognition programs on some platforms can be easily unlocked through special operations. Cheng, who joined multiple game groups, immediately remembered that major game platforms strictly controlled the gaming time of minors and came up with a crooked idea. Firstly, I bought many higher-level game accounts. After purchasing 'materials', the previous owner helped me change the binding. If facial authentication is needed in the future, they also helped me operate through facial recognition, which is known as' cross face' in the industry. Cheng confessed to the prosecutor about the 'crack method' of the game platform's real name authentication system. Originally, considering the player's demand for high-level accounts, Cheng did not directly register the purchased personal information as
